Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BitnovaBot ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BitnovaBot software, website, and all associated documentation.

By downloading, installing, configuring, or running any part of the BitnovaBot Unified Trading Suite, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you are using BitnovaBot on behalf of an organisation, you further represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

BitnovaBot is distributed as free software for personal use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial trading activities, subject to these Terms.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or any derivative work, in whole or in part, for commercial gain.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the software or documentation.
• Use the software to build, train, or operate a competing product or service.
• Use the software in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

You must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to use BitnovaBot:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally permitted to trade financial instruments (forex, crypto, binary options, CFDs) in your country or region.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of automated trading software or access to the integrated platforms is restricted or prohibited.
• You have read and accepted our Risk Disclaimer in full.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of this software is legal in your jurisdiction. BitnovaBot accepts no liability for use by ineligible individuals.

BitnovaBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any warranty that results obtained from the use of the software will be accurate, reliable, or profitable.
• Any warranty relating to the accuracy or completeness of any strategy preset, win-probability estimate, or signal generated by the software.

Strategy win rates and probability estimates displayed within the software are derived from historical analysis only. They are not guarantees of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitnovaBot and its developers shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses, lost profits, or any other financial damage.
• Data loss, system damage, or security breaches on your device.
• Platform outages, API failures, or connectivity issues causing missed or erroneous trades.
• Decisions made based on information, signals, or data provided by the software.

In no event shall BitnovaBot's aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the software (which is zero, as it is provided free of charge).

BitnovaBot interfaces with third-party services including Deriv, Binance, and MetaTrader 5. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service, and you are solely responsible for complying with them.

We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party platform's availability, conduct, policies, or terms. We are not affiliated with Deriv, Binance, or MetaQuotes (MetaTrader 5).

Any API keys or credentials you provide to BitnovaBot are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to or stored by us. However, you assume all risk associated with the storage and use of those credentials on your own machine.

You agree not to use BitnovaBot for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security features of connected platforms.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code beyond what is already openly distributed.
• Using the software to engage in any form of unauthorised automated access that violates a platform's terms of service.
• Sharing API keys, account credentials, or sensitive trading data with third parties through the software.

All content, branding, design, and documentation associated with BitnovaBot — including the name "BitnovaBot", logos, strategy names, and website content — are the intellectual property of BitnovaBot and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

The software code is made available for personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute any branded content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of BitnovaBot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BitnovaBot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
