Because BitnovaBot operates entirely locally on your device, the vast majority of this policy is simply to confirm: we do not collect your data. This policy also covers the limited, non-personal technical data that may be processed when you visit our website.

• Your API keys, secret keys, or platform credentials — these exist only on your local machine.

• Your strategy selections, preset configurations, or bot parameters.

The software communicates only with the APIs of the trading platforms you configure (Deriv, Binance, MetaTrader 5). Those communications are entirely between your device and the respective platform and are governed by each platform's own privacy policies.

When you visit the BitnovaBot website, some limited technical data may be processed automatically by standard web hosting infrastructure. This may include:

• Your IP address (processed transiently by our hosting provider for routing purposes).
• Browser type and version, operating system, and referring URL (standard server log data).
• Pages viewed and time of visit.

This data is used solely for operational purposes — maintaining website security, diagnosing technical issues, and understanding aggregate traffic volumes. It is not used to identify individuals, build profiles, or serve advertising. We do not share this data with third-party advertising or analytics networks.

We use localStorage in your browser to remember your preferred theme (dark or light mode). This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us.

When you use BitnovaBot, you will enter API keys or credentials for Deriv, Binance, or MetaTrader 5 within the software interface. These keys are:

• Stored only in memory or local files on your own device — never transmitted to any BitnovaBot server.
• Used solely to authenticate your session with the respective trading platform's API.
• Your sole responsibility to protect. We strongly recommend using read-only or trade-only API keys with withdrawal permissions disabled where possible.

Never share your API keys with anyone — including anyone claiming to represent BitnovaBot support. We will never ask for your keys.

The BitnovaBot website may load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We use Google Fonts solely for typography and do not pass any personally identifiable information to them.

We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or behavioural analytics platforms on this website. There are no Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tracking scripts installed.

Links to third-party trading platforms (Deriv, Binance, MetaTrader 5) are provided for convenience. Once you navigate to those platforms, their respective privacy policies apply.

Because we do not collect or store your personal data or trading credentials, the primary security responsibility lies with you and your own device. We recommend the following best practices:

• Keep your operating system, Python runtime, and dependencies updated.
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication on all connected trading platforms.
• Restrict API keys to trade-only permissions and disable withdrawal access where possible.
• Do not run the bot on shared or publicly accessible computers.
• Be cautious of any unofficial forks or redistribution of BitnovaBot that may contain malicious code.

BitnovaBot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. Trading financial instruments is generally prohibited for minors in most jurisdictions. If you are under 18, do not use this software.

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information from users of the software, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, delete, or port on your request.
